November 19th | Check all deals are still live and pricing is correct. Some new Black Friday bike deals were added.
Black Friday is next week, so the Cycling Weekly deals hunters are back every day in November, actively scouring the internet for the best Black Friday bike deals. It's been another tough one for the Cycling industry, with brands throughout the year closing their doors or reporting big losses. I predict brands will go big this Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which can be seen in some of the deals already live.
I have already found deals on Adidas Cycling, Specialized and REI in the US and Halfords, Balfes Bikes and Ribble in the UK. The big surprise so far this year is the blanket 25% off at Rapha in both the US & UK.
Alongside the best bikes, components and accessories deals, we are bringing you the best cycling shoes and clothing deals and always a popular discount on Black Friday, the best turbo trainer deals.

Salsa Journeyer Sora 700c Bike: Was $1299.00, now $999.99 | Save 23% at REI
While the the Salsa Journeyer has the big task of bringing that DNA to more affordable prices, which it does with flying colours. When Tim tested the Journeyer last year, he had this to say "The Journeyer is a versatile bike that can adapt, making it an excellent option for those new to gravel riding. Although the bike doesn’t dazzle in any particular area, it provides a fun and confidence-inspiring ride".
Wattbike Atom: Was $3099.99, now $2499.99 | Save $600 at Wattbike
Our best overall smart bike, the Wattbike Atom is not just a popular choice for enthusiasts, but often the preferred choice of cycling federations and gyms around the globe. Its adjustability, smoothness and super stable platform will take your training to the next level.

Garmin Forerunner 945 GPS: Was $599.99, now $289.99 | Save $310 at Walmart
Offering just about every training feature Garmin has, the Garmin's Forerunner 945 is like having 24-hour, 7 days a-week access to a personal trainer. Its more utilitarian design separates it from the Fenix and Epix as the more sports-orientated option.
Also only $299 at Amazon
Smith Optics Triad Mips Helmet: Was $190, now $114 | Save 40% at Smith Optics
Cycling Weekly tech writer Hannah, was a big fan of Smith Optics Trace Mips when she tested it last year. The Triad features a slightly more conventional and slimmer helmet design, which should be slightly more aero. Despite this, they have still managed to add an extra vent making it 19 vs 18 over the Trace.
Specialized S-Works Turbo Rapidair 2Bliss: Was $120, now $75 | Save 38% at Specialized
The tyre that Remco Evenepoel should have been running this summer during the Olympic Road Race, where a puncture 5km from the line nearly ended his chances of a gold medal. If only he had the tubeless version? Don't make the same mistakes as Remco, go tubeless.
Adidas Indoor Cycling Shoes: Was $150, now $120 | Save 20% at Adidas
Just in time for indoor cycling season, the Adidas indoor scored highly when we put them through their paces last winter. Their stiffness is about as close to a road shoe as you can get, with such a lightweight upper and they just ooze 90s cool.
Muc-Off Pressure Washer Bundle: Was $319.99, now $239.99 | Save 25% at Muc Off
The perfect addition to any home mechanics staple. Designed purely for cleaning bikes at home the Muc Off Pressure Washer Bundle is everything you need to have a well-oiled machine this winter.

Domyos Basic Exercise Bike 100: Was £299.99 now £199.99 | Save £100 at Decathlon
Our best budget exercise bike, the Domyos Basic 100 from Decathlon is what it says on the tin, basic. However, the easily adjusted fit and 12kg freewheel make for a great platform to get started with home training.
Cannondale Synapse Carbon 4 Road Bike: Was £2400 now £1449 | Save 40% at Sigma
The Smartsense system featured on the latest iteration of the Cannondale Synapse saw mixed reviews, but the consensus is that the Synapse is still one of the best endurance road bikes. The Synapse Carbon 4 was never equipped with the Smartsense system, making it the purest version of this popular bike.
Ribble Endurance SL R Disc - Sport: Was £4499 now £2999 | Save 34% at Ribble
The Endurance SL R from Ribble is a popular bike with the Cycling Weekly tech team. Its geometry makes it comfortable enough for all-day riding, quietly hiding a wicked turn of pace. It does this by maintaining stiffness in key areas and a low frame weight, all before we even get to the value.

Magicshine SEEMEE 300 Rear Light: Was £259.99 now £43.99 | Save 27% at Amazon
Our best rear bike light, the SEEMEE is more than powerful at 300 lumens and whilst boasting a 260-degree viewing angle, this would be enough for most. However, the accelerometer-controlled brightness and the SEEMEE's battery life really set it apart from its competitors.
Garmin Edge 130 Plus GPS: Was £219 now £187 | Save 15% at Amazon
The most basic bicycle computer in Garmin's range, the Edge 130 plus is by far my favourite. It is simple and has everything you need with some nice bonus features. Its only limitation is the breadcrumb mapping but it is good enough for road and gravel.
Garmin Edge 530: Was £249.99 now £189.99 | Save 24% at Amazon
It is really hard to find fault with the Garmin Edge 530. Despite its age, it is still a fantastic computer, with far more features than most people will ever need. It is a reliable and well-thought-out device, plus I am a fan of proper buttons.
Mavic Cosmic Sl 45 Disc Wheels: Was £1420 now £899.99 | Save £520 at Tredz
Mavic may have fallen off your radar in recent years, but they are still making great wheels. If you have a slightly older disc brake bike, many of which won't be able to take the new bread of wider rims and tyres. That is where these Cosmic Sl 45s could be a great option. At 1575 grams for a tubeless-ready, 45mm deep wheel thats decent gain on older carbon or aluminium wheels.
Le Creuset Rainbow Stoneware Mugs: Was £75 now £54 | Save 28% at Amazon
The Cycling Weekly team's favourite mugs are once again on sale. No morning meeting is complete without someone slurping from one of these excellent mugs. All three sizes get the discount treatment on Amazon, with the 100ml espresso size seeing the most at 28% off.
Wahoo Kickr V5: Was £999 now £700 | Save 30% at Evans Cycles
Superseded by the Kickr V6 back in 22, the V6 really only got Wifi connectivity and improved ERG modes. In 2021 when we tested the V5, it was a reliable and solid trainer, one we eventually gave 4.5 stars out of 5. With most new trainers, it is rarely revolution and more evolution so, if you are looking to upgrade an older trainer, the Kickr V5 might be a good middle ground and offer better value with this 30% off discount.
Garmin Edge 840 GPS Computer: Was £449 now £382 | Save 15% at Balfes Bikes
It was hard to find fault in the Garmin Edge 840 when Chris Marshall-Bell put it through its paces in 2023, awarding 4.5 out of 5 Stars. Chris said 'It's a substantial investment, but if the previous model is anything to judge by, it'll last you many, many years and remain reliable'

Tips From Cycling Weekly to getting the best deals this Black Friday
- Shop using Gift Cards - Dig out old unused gift cards from birthdays or even last Christmas. Now is an ideal time to use them before they expire or if you don't have the cash.
- Shop Around - This is an obvious one, you can only find the best deals if you know what everyone is offering.
- Check the price - If you are shopping on Amazon this autumn check out camelcamelcamel, they track millions of Amazon prices. The tool will tell you the lowest price the item has been and if it was put up before the event. This way you know if it's a good deal or not.
- Read the reviews and do your research - Reviews can be an easy way to spot a good deal. Firstly, make sure your check our reviews, and if we have tested that product, if not, here are our 8 ways to spot if you can trust reviews on retailers websites:
- Check to see recent reviews and see if anyone mentions big discounts or a lower RRP.
- If a product only has five-star reviews, it's likely not true.
- Lack of detail in reviews and vague praise could mean bots or the retailer posting fake reviews.
- Generic review titles like “Nice product” or simply “Awesome”. It's hard to judge this, but if the reviews are all in this style, it's worth questioning.
- Look for recurring poor grammar and spelling mistakes, this could mean reviews are all written by one person.
- Multiple reviews on a specific date (especially if there are long gaps between them).
- Check the brand's website, does the brand seem legitimate and do they make other things that might have been reviewed?
- Finally, check the seller's other items listings and reviews for patterns.

Like so many, Matt got his start in the bicycle industry wheedling allen keys and the occasional hammer at his local IBD. Matt grew up mountain biking the flint-strewn hills of the North Downs but was convinced during his time with Evans Cycles' in-house brand Pinnacle and Hoy Bikes, to take up gravel cycling and bikepacking. Spotting the changing industry, Matt jumped at the opportunity to become an E-Bike designer. Winning several awards with Cairn Cycles and their range of Gravel E-bikes.
These days Matt will more than likely have a toddler sat shotgun and balance bike lassoed to his back somewhere on the South Downs. What time he does get to ride for himself, he chooses to take his Sonder Camino to just about anywhere that's quiet, off the beaten track or has some historical point of interest.
